Speed Racer

Hi all,

This post may be short. Rehearsals are kicking into high gear as A Christmas Carol has its preview on November 30 and opens December 1. The show runs through December 23. Tickets are available at http://www.theaterworks.org. We have a really exciting and fun dance for the Fezziwig’s party scene. My partner gets to lift me up, but not too high. And we have a showstopper musical number at the end. The show is mostly a play with music.

I am becoming really busy with rehearsals and finishing up final projects for the certification program. My parents came to visit last week, so we had ourselves some fun. I have a full fridge once again.

I auditioned for South Pacific and an original play for the same theatre company and did not even get a callback. I don’t think I got into the film that I got the callback for. I am keeping up in the pursuit, but it would help if I could get auditions through my agent. I have been with them for eight months, so I’m not sure what to think.

I am going to attend Filmstock this coming Friday. The festival is a lot bigger than it used to be and is now two days long. I will not be able to attend Thursday because of rehearsal. Something that you may find interesting is that I added myself to the credits list on IMDB for The Rite of Exorcism. I can’t stop talking about the film because it’s my biggest credit so far. So I now officially have an IMDB credit! I had no idea you could edit listings on IMDB.
